We continue our 14 SnapShot series on Overcoming Your Stress Reactions with our final SnapShot 14: Staying Present

Did you know that when you are staying present you are calmer,
and you feel much calmer?

Your body, and your mind are in balance, and there is less tension
within you, and around you.

To get to this body-mind place you must let go of your future, and
your past thoughts.

This does not mean you do no planning for the future or learn from your past; this means when you catch your self feeling tense, focus on the present moment, and begin feeling the difference.

The goal is staying present when you find your self losing your self, your creativity, and your focus.

There is more to staying present than you realize.

When you are staying present you are in control of your self, and this leads to authentic productivity, and a feeling of well-being, and wellness; whereas multi-tasking -- doing many things at once does not.

The choice is yours.
