As we begin this series of 14 SnapShot on Overcoming Your Stress
Reactions
with SnapShot 1: Change-ability we are reminded that
some years ago, senior writer for Fast Company Alan Deutschman
wrote "Mastering the ability to change isn't just a crucial strategy
for business.  It's a necessity for health.  And it's possibly the one
thing that's most worth learning."

In his article Change or Die he provides information on the cause of,
and necessity for behavior changes.

Here are a few ideas on change-ability for your consideration...

>  Emotions cause behavior changes.  How you feel about your self,
your life, and the situations you find your self determine whether you
want to continue feeling the way you do, or change the way you feel
by changing your behavior.

>  The ability to master, and support changes in your life comes with
awareness, and acceptance when you find your self in situations that
are intolerable.

>  To learn "mastering the ability to change" you need a calm body,
and a quiet mind.
