We all have many frustrating, and stress-related moments in which we are unable to resolve the many issues that are present in our daily lives that give us a chance to reflect on lessons learned in the past from which we are able to gain some peace, and relief by choosing fascination over frustration in finding solutions to our rustrating moments.

After all, frustration "...implies making vain or ineffectual efforts
however vigorous or persistent" leaving us feeling helpless, and
not knowing what to do in certain situations.

Kevin Eikenberry, our remarkable colleague in an exceptional article on choosing fascination that is motivational, and inspirational, noted that frustration leads to anger, regret, and resentment while fascination leads to improved relationships, results, understanding, and increased knowledge.

Here are some thoughts on how to choose fascination...

Be remembered for the joy, and the quality of the love
you give to others.

Comfort others, and allow your self to be comforted by
others.

Give your self permission to get involved at some level,
and remember to use your body, and your mind to maximize
your involvement.

Initiate by being proactive.  Start by looking at the situation,
and the people around you, and then set the mood by letting
them know how you want them to act around you.

Notice that your attitude, and your mind-set has an effect
on situations, and on those around you.  By being a partner
with the difference of others, and their reactions -- remember
their reactions will mirror you when you set the mood.

And finally, don't question others' judgment, and suggestions,
just look with whom they interact; after all, what we are all
here about is hope, love, and possibilities.

The choice is yours.

Whether you are in a current or a new relationship; a different career;
or a new business, "getting a handle your stress" is important to know.

How often do you find yourself needing to control a situation?

How often do you let go of your ego when you feel the need to control
situations?

While having an ego is important; there are times when your ego gets
in the way of getting what you want.

Do you know how to let go of your ego?

Did you know that your anger comes when you are ego involved?

Take for example, finding yourself in a particular situation that requires
you to help someone who does not want to accept your help.

Do you stay in that situation, attempt to persuade, and get angry; or
do you let go, and leave?

Surely each, and every situation is different, and each requires your
sensitivity as to how to proceed.  Yet once you catch your self dealing
from an ego position, and you begin to feel tense, your stress level rises,
and if not caught in time you begin feeling distress.  And, as you may
know... unless you start "getting a handle on your stress" over time
your stress becomes distress, and your distress becomes dis-ease.

Do you believe that the power of intention exists in the universe

...what you want comes from your feelings, and your thoughts?
...your present life situation comes from your feelings, and your
thoughts?

Whenever you catch yourself feeling negative, and thinking negative
thoughts -- accept your feelings, and change your thoughts.

For example, change "I do not have enough money..." to "I have as
much money as I need."

This way of feeling, and thinking opens opportunities for you.
