Breathing and your health

Weekly Reminder: Live in the present moment  "Being in the present moment
breathing without thinking takes you through difficult moments!  Comments
"

Breathing is a stressor that may affect your health.

Here some thoughts to focus on as we revisit breathing and your health today...

  • Being and staying centered and grounded requires normal breathing
rather than forced, held, jammed or reverse breathing.
        http://tinyurl.com/3etyw7r

  • Being and staying centered and grounded is accomplished when
you are lying down, sitting or standing with your feet planted
solidly on the bed, and/or floor shoulder width apart.

  • For natural normal breathing, your chest and belly expands when
you breathe in and deflates when you breathe out.

  • Holding your breath until after you've completed any activity (talking,
walking, etc.) tends to create a physical response, a stress reaction
that may have an impact on your health.  http://tinyurl.com/buarvf

[Caution: Go slow.  Attempting to fix your breathing style
by taking in more oxygen than your body knows may cause
hyperventilation.   If this occurs, cup your hands lightly over
your mouth (rather than look for a paper bag) and breathe in
and out slowly.  You can do this while sitting or standing,
            preferably sitting.]

One thing is for sure, only with honest observation, questioning and reflection
on breathing and your health are you able to create viable new beginnings for
    others and for yourself.

    So, are you ready?

"Being in the present moment with breath makes a difference in your life!

Weekly Reminder: Live in the present moment

What would your life be like if you had a personal mentor to guide
you on a daily, weekly and monthly basis -- on information products
    of your choosing?

Certainly your life is worth investing in yourself.

Here are two mentors who have touched our lives and we are pleased
to share them with you in this entry of Meet the Best.

Introducing with appreciation and gratitude this month's "meet the
best" mentors Tim O'Reilly and Sarah Milstein.

Tim O'Reilly and Sarah Milstein came into our lives when we wanted to
learn more about enjoying and using Twitter.

The Twitter Book is about spreading your word and building a community
of influential people on Twitter for your business, personal and professional
    life with less distress.

Here are a few excerpts from their book for your consideration...

"...To get a chart of the recent activity around a single term or Twitter user,
use the search box on the right side of the TwitScoop [http://twitscoop.com]
    page." [p. 69]

"...To be a really good Twitter citizen, don't just ask questions, repost the
best answers too.  ...closing the loop isn't hard and it makes Twitter more
    valuable for everyone." [p. 117]

"...If you run a local business and you're looking for work, use Twitter's
advanced search to find people in your area asking questions you might
be able to answer." [p. 119]

As you revisit the lessons you've learned, are you struck with the feeling
that your lessons happen when you collaborate, engage and share time
    with others, and with yourself?

Here are a few that have happened to us since the last time we presented
    our list of lessons learned...

  • Being a believer, confident and self-reliant avoids being
    over-whelmed and under-whelmed.

  • Sharing the law of attraction (e.g. this is happening tends
to make this happen) when you hear and read others talking
and writing in future uncertain terms such as "could be."

  • Using psychology, the study of human behavior to attract
what you want from others and from yourself.

One thing is for sure, only through honest questioning and reflection on
your lessons learned are they able to become viable new beginnings for
    others and for you..
